How do I pay for lessons or packages?
We accept e-transfers, and cash. Payment can be made before or on the day of the lesson. Package payments must be made in full to receive the discounted rate.
Is payment required upfront for packages?
Yes, full payment is required upfront to secure package pricing. This ensures your lesson times are reserved and prioritized.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
Can I reschedule a lesson after booking?
Yes! We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.
What happens if I miss a lesson without notice?
Missed lessons without prior notice will be marked as a “no-show” and may not be eligible for a refund or makeup session. We strongly encourage timely communication.
Do you offer refunds on unused lessons?
Refunds for unused lessons in a package may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any lessons already taken and applicable discounts. Contact us directly to discuss.
